Notice how that 1% income starts to skyrocket after 1982- what could have possibly taken hold around then to cause such an Everest of an upsurge? Hhhmmm... Anyone remember- ah yes, the good ol' days of trickle down economics (ie- Voodoo economics). How about, "None of us really understands what's going on with all these numbers." And some, of course... still don't!
