WOW! I don't have any words for that, other than when someone is threatening an officer with a firearm, ie "I got something for you" then pulls said firearm and shoots AT the officer, isn't the training supposed to support the usage of deadly force?
Meanwhile in Houston, there is a gas station surveillance video showing Houston PD gunning down a man they said pointed a gun at them, but the video shows him placing his hands up and turning 360 around for the officers...before they shot him 10 times.
